A Check In Of Sorts...

I haven't been around...I guess I never expected much from the blog. Most blogs that do well have some sort of thesis. Well, mine doesn't have a thesis. I always found my thesis at the editing stage of my papers. It was lost in muck or never quite there in the first place. My professors hated it. I would turn in a rough draft, sans thesis, and they would always freak as to where my thesis was. Better get a thesis.

Life is constently looking for a thesis. In The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy , the answer given by the all knowing computer as to the meaning of life, the Universe,...everything is 42. Which is not a thesis. Would it be better if my life could be summed up in a well thought out 3 part sentence that wrapped up the sum of the next 12 pages? Let's all bow our heads in a moment of prayer that that doesn't happen.

Bringing the story to a close for a moment, I will be blogging more often so that I don't end up with a 12 page paper on events in my life and that maybe I find a thesis. If not a permanent one, at least one that can be edited ocassionally.
